Lost or Stolen Packages Policy:

If your package is confirmed as delivered by USPS but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Claim Process:
- File a claim with USPS.
- The USPS driver on your route will investigate to ensure the package was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which is often the case.

- If you have a history of missing packages, we highly recommend selecting the "Signature Required" option. This ensures that someone at your address must sign for and collect the package, reducing the risk of theft.

PayPal Claims:
- If you file a claim through PayPal, your tracking number will be automatically uploaded, confirming that the package was delivered.
- We will only resend or refund if tracking confirms the package was lost or delayed during transit, not for issues related to mailbox, porch, reception, etc.
